Training Continuity
With three sessions per week, Priority Training allows for greater continuity between sessions. This supports more precise movement refinement, smoother progression, and a stronger sense of rhythm in training.
Programming & Oversight
Programming is managed proactively, with adjustments made as progress occurs. The higher session frequency allows for closer observation and more timely refinements, ensuring training remains aligned with long-term development.
Scheduling & Availability
Priority Training includes priority scheduling to support consistency and reliability. Sessions are scheduled in advance and structured to minimize disruption and decision-making for the client.
Nutrition Guidance
Optional nutrition guidance is available to support training demands and recovery. Guidance is practical and individualized, intended to complement training rather than complicate it.
