Billing and continuity

Remote coaching is billed on a monthly basis at $95 per month. Services renew each month to maintain consistency, structure, and ongoing progress. Your monthly cycle includes your program, meal guidance, and check-in, with adjustments made based on your progress. Clients can continue month-to-month or choose to discontinue at any time prior to the next billing cycle. The goal is to provide a consistent, straightforward system that supports long-term results without unnecessary commitment.
